1 What It Does

ARA-290 (cibinetide) is an 11-amino-acid peptide derived from erythropoietin's tissue-protective domain. It targets the innate repair receptor — studied for neuropathic pain, nerve repair, and chronic inflammatory conditions.

ARA-290 uses a small 1 mL recon on a 15 mg vial, making it highly concentrated — draws are small, so measure carefully.

3 Reconstitution & Draw

Based on a 15 mg vial reconstituted with 1 mL BAC water. Draw to the units shown on a U-100 insulin syringe.

After mixing: Refrigerate, use within 90 days
