1 What It Does

Follistatin-344 is a potent myostatin inhibitor. By binding and neutralizing myostatin — the protein that limits muscle growth — it can unlock greater hypertrophy potential. It's typically injected intramuscularly on training days.

2 Typical Protocol

Recommended dose: 100 mcg per dose

Timing: 30 min pre-workout
Duration: 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off

Follistatin-344 is dosed intramuscularly (not SubQ) about 30 minutes before training, on training days only.

3 Reconstitution & Draw

Based on a 1 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL BAC water. Draw to the units shown on a U-100 insulin syringe.

Note	—	1 mg vial = ten 100 mcg doses

Unlike most peptides here, Follistatin-344 is injected IM — into muscle — rather than subcutaneously.
