1 What It Does

IGF-1 LR3 is a long-acting analog of insulin-like growth factor 1. It drives muscle cell growth and hyperplasia — promoting new muscle tissue, nutrient shuttling, and recovery. The 'LR3' modification greatly extends its active half-life versus native IGF-1.

Cycle length

IGF-1 LR3 is run in 4–6 week cycles rather than continuously — receptor downregulation is the reason cycles are kept short.

3 Reconstitution & Draw

Based on a 1 mg vial reconstituted with 1 mL BAC water. Draw to the units shown on a U-100 insulin syringe.

BAC water addedConcentrationDraw for 50 mcg
1 mL1000 mcg/mL5 units
2 mL500 mcg/mL10 units
Note1 mg vial = twenty 50 mcg doses
U-100 syringe: 100 units = 1 mL. The standard protocol uses 1 mL water for a 5-unit dose.
Small draw

50 mcg is a small 5-unit draw at 1 mL — use 2 mL water for an easier 10-unit pull if preferred.
