1 What It Does

FOXO4-DRI is a senolytic peptide — designed to selectively trigger apoptosis in senescent ('zombie') cells that accumulate with age and drive inflammation. Clearing them is a leading longevity strategy; FOXO4-DRI disrupts the FOXO4–p53 interaction that keeps these cells alive.

2 Typical Protocol

Recommended dose
1 mg per dose
Frequency
5 days on, 2 days off
Timing

Duration
2 weeks, repeat 2–3× per year
Pulsed senolytic

FOXO4-DRI is run as a short 2-week pulse a few times per year — senolytics work by periodic clearance, not continuous dosing.

3 Reconstitution & Draw

Based on a 10 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL BAC water. Draw to the units shown on a U-100 insulin syringe.

U-100 syringe: 100 units = 1 mL. The standard protocol uses 2 mL water for a 20-unit dose.
Course structure

A 10 mg vial at 2 mL covers ten daily doses — enough for one 2-week pulse with the weekends off.
