1 What It Does

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme central to cellular energy production and DNA repair. Levels decline with age; supplementation supports mitochondrial function, sirtuin activity, and metabolic health. Dosed in milligrams, not micrograms.

Duration

Inject SLOWLY

SubQ NAD+ can sting and cause a flushing/pressure sensation if pushed fast. Inject very slowly. A 100 mg dose is a full 1 mL syringe (100 units) — many split it or titrate up.

3 Reconstitution & Draw

Based on a 500 mg vial reconstituted with 5 mL BAC water. NAD+ is dosed in milligrams — note the scale.

500 mg vial · 5 mL water · 100 mg dose
BAC water addedConcentrationDraw for 100 mg
5 mL100 mg/mL100 units (full syringe)
10 mL50 mg/mLsplit over more water
Note500 mg vial = five 100 mg doses
U-100 syringe: 100 units = 1 mL. At 5 mL water, 100 mg = a full 1 mL draw (100 units).
Comfort tip

If a full 100 mg dose stings, split it into two smaller injections or reconstitute with more water and dose more units over a larger volume, slowly.

4 Storage & Handling

Before mixing
Store lyophilized, cool & dark
After mixing
