1 What It Does

Epitalon (epithalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide based on the pineal hormone epithalamin. It's studied for activating telomerase — the enzyme that maintains telomere length — alongside roles in regulating melatonin and the body's circadian rhythm.

Epitalon is run as a concentrated 20-day course — 5 mg daily for 20 days straight. Not taken continuously; repeat the course periodically.

3 Reconstitution & Draw

Based on a 20 mg vial reconstituted with 2 mL BAC water. Draw to the units shown on a U-100 insulin syringe.

U-100 syringe: 100 units = 1 mL. At 2 mL water a 5 mg dose is 50 units (half a syringe).

A 20 mg vial at 2 mL gives four 5 mg doses — you'll need five vials for a full 20-day course.
